MEET Kimberly Conroy

From the very beginning of my real estate career in 1997, I have been passionate about representing both buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle. In my first year as a licensed agent, I was honored to receive the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Rookie of the Year award—an early milestone that set the foundation for a career built on dedication, results, and exceptional client service. Since then, I have remained one of my company’s most productive agents and have consistently been recognized annually with numerous sales awards, including Top General Brokerage Agent in both sales and listings.

For more than a decade, I have been a proud member of the Luxury Home Marketing Group, a coalition of top Triangle agents specializing in estate and luxury properties. My work has been recognized by the Triangle Business Journal, which has consistently ranked me among the Top 25 Real Estate Agents in the Triangle, and by REAL Trends, which has repeatedly named me one of America’s Best Real Estate Agents nationwide.

Professional growth is very important to me. I have earned the highly respected CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, as well as the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. I am also a relocation expert and truly enjoy helping buyers and sellers moving into or out of the area, always striving to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I serve all of Wake County and enjoy working with clients across all price ranges.

While I am proud of my award-winning career, I measure success by the level of satisfaction my clients experience. Whether I am representing a seller in a seamless, hassle-free home sale or guiding a buyer in the search for the perfect dream home, my goal is always to deliver a positive and rewarding experience. I am grateful to have worked with many repeat clients over the years and have had the privilege of helping some families with three or even four moves throughout their lifetime.

I am a strong negotiator, but I believe in fostering a positive, collaborative environment between buyers and sellers rather than taking an adversarial approach. I firmly believe that buying or selling a home should be a joyful experience.

As a Raleigh native, I have personally experienced the Triangle's incredible growth and development, giving me deep insight into the local housing market and neighborhoods. My clients often call me the "Human GPS" because of my extensive knowledge of the area. I am a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Nursing, a background that has shaped my commitment to care, advocacy and service. Outside of real estate, I am family-focused and adore my two French Bulldogs and three rescued cats. I am an avid gardener and welcome you to visit with me in my rose garden, where I grow more than 55 varieties of colorful roses.
